Impressive expertise of the market and efficiency.

I saw an advertisement of a student accommodation development in a number of agencies. I contacted all of them to get more information. To my surprise Ying Wah was the quickest to provide me up-to-date information, given the time difference between UK and HK.  I appreciated that Ying Wah has good connections with the developers and that’s why they can get back to me quickly with the information I need. The good thing about Ying Wah as a local agency is the efficiency they have in giving me prompt and live feedback on availability and construction progress of the properties, in which I believe oversea agencies won’t be able to do for me.
